Kulturreisen

Culture and Customs between Ephesus und Bodrum
Ancient sites, rural life and local cuisine on the Turkish Aegean

Famous ancient archeological sites, beautiful landscapes, authentic village life and regional specialities are the themes of this exciting tour. Accommodation base for the whole tour is Hotel NATURA on the shores of Lake Bafa. Here the water is so warm that one may swim from April until November. We have placed great emphasis on the local Turkish food specialities and at various wine tasting events the best Anatolian wines can be enjoyed. Our 15 day tour consists of two parts both with separate programmes. Tour 1 is in the antique landscape of Ionia and Tour 2 in the antique landscape of Caria. We recommend booking both weeks to really get to know the region and take advantage of the opportunity of an additional day (day 8) and relax as you stay the whole time at the same hotel.
